🚚 How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing and verification typically takes 2-3 business days depending on demand levels and product shortages.
The expected time of arrival is 8-15 business days.
You will always receive an email once your order is processed as well as a tracking number.
Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.
Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, we assume no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Do you ship internationally?
DELIVERY AREAS
Our products can be shipped to the US, UK, and EU countries, except for:
- Pillow is only available within the mainland US.
- Large packages like Canvas or Metal Sign cannot be shipped to a P.O. address. In this case, we need your physical address to ensure a safe and quick delivery.
- We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are looking into how our products can be delivered to these places.
Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
