Order processing and verification typically takes 2-3 business days depending on demand levels and product shortages.

The expected time of arrival is 8-15 business days.

You will always receive an email once your order is processed as well as a tracking number.

Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.

Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, we assume no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.

If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.

DELIVERY AREAS

Our products can be shipped to the US, UK, and EU countries, except for:

• Pillow is only available within the mainland US.
• Large packages like Canvas or Metal Sign cannot be shipped to a P.O. address. In this case, we need your physical address to ensure a safe and quick delivery.
• We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are looking into how our products can be delivered to these places.

Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Email Us: Send an email to contact@lichigifts.com with your order number and the details of the modification you'd like to make or your request to cancel the order.
• Once we receive your email, we will confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Time Frame for Modifications or Cancellations:

• Your order is only eligible to be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order.
• After this time frame, your order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

• Design Modifications: If your order requires a design modification, please be aware that it may take longer to process, especially during high-demand periods like the holiday season. This could delay the delivery of your order.
